He is prompt and he does meticulous work as well as being pleasant and considerate at all times. He does a fabulous job cleaning our carpets as well as the area rugs. He was even able to remove a red wine spill. They also provide the same meticulous service in cleaning dryer vents. Our home and carpets now look brand new and there is no danger of lint build up in the dryer vent.
